I lead interactive, honest conversations that make people feel seen, whether I’m speaking to 10 or 200 people.

My goal is simple. To make grief less isolating.

I combine compassion, humour, and real-world insight to create safe, meaningful spaces where people can reflect, connect, and begin to heal.
