Booking Details

Travel Fee: $0.73 /km round trip from Guelph (accommodation may apply for long-distance events). For events requiring over 2 hours of travel, an overnight stay is required.

Friday Evening Availability: A limited number of Friday evening Group Readings are available by request. Sessions begin at 6:00 PM and are generally offered within approximately one hour of Guelph. Travel fees still apply.

Optional Guelph Venue (to avoid travel): If you’d like to host in Guelph, you can rent Silence Sounds (private downtown space; rental fees apply and availability varies).

Deposit: $400 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date.

Balance: Due the day before your event.

Host: Pays in full and collects from guests.

Final Policy: All bookings are final. No refunds, reschedules, or transfers.

Before You Book

Private group readings are reserved through my online booking system. Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email and full event agreement.

All group readings require completed participant policies. Group readings are shared experiences, and individual messages are not guaranteed for every guest. Alcohol, recording, cameras/video recording, disruptive behaviour, and meals during the reading are not permitted. Guests may take written notes. These policies are in place to protect the quality of the reading and create a respectful, focused experience for everyone attending.

FAQ

  • To reserve your group reading, I’ll need your full address (including postal code) and phone number so travel fees can be calculated. A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your date.

    Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive Host and Guest Participant Policies to review and complete within 72 hours. The host is responsible for collecting and submitting signed guest forms.

    Additional travel or accommodation fees may apply and will be added to the group reading fee.

  • Come with an open mind and a sense of curiosity. Bring a pen, paper, water, and tissues if you’d like to take notes. Please arrive 15 minutes early and turn off your phone so the space stays focused and distraction-free.

  • Each session combines spirit communication, psychic insight, and grief education. I’ll share clear, specific messages from loved ones in spirit, and then we’ll close with an interactive Q&A about grief, Spirit, and intuition. It’s both meaningful and educational, a unique experience you won’t find elsewhere.

  • Yes. Group readings must be private, quiet, and held indoors. No public promotion or ticket sales are allowed unless we have a written agreement. All hosts are required to collect and return signed guest consent forms within 72 hours. For public or ticketed events, a separate contract applies.

  • I do offer retreats, ticketed events, and public gatherings — but these require a separate agreement, custom pricing, and written approval in advance. Please email me at bookwithursula@gmail.com to discuss your event details.

  • Payment can be made by e-transfer to bookwithursula@gmail.com or by PayPal invoice (on request). All fees must be paid in full before the event. Guests must be 18 or older.

  • If you need to cancel, please contact me at bookwithursula@gmail.com or 647-334-7884 within 48 hours. All bookings are final and non-refundable. Booking confirms agreement to all terms.
