Live Online Workshops on Grief, Healing & Intuition

What if I Can’t Stop Crying?

A real conversation for people carrying grief silently, led by Ursula Darby, certified grief educator and speaker.

You were told to be strong.
To stay busy.
To hold it together.

But what if you're still falling apart inside?

This is a quiet space to talk about grief — not grief theory. Not advice. Just the truth of it.

Led by Ursula Darby, Certified Grief Educator and Public Speaker, this 90-minute gathering is for people who feel like they're drowning in silence.

You’ll Learn:

  • What grief actually is (it's not just death}
  • How to care for yourself without trying to “move on”
  • Why feeling like you’re not “okay” is more common than you think
You don’t have to talk.
You don’t have to explain.
You just have to show up.

Grief isn’t just about death.
It’s the breakup you didn’t want.
The diagnosis you didn’t expect.
The future that vanished.

And no one gives you a map for that.

This is a 2-hour live gathering to help you name the grief you’re carrying, not with clichés, but with clarity, support, and truth.
No pressure to “move on.” No demand to explain yourself. Just real conversation, grounded presence, and tools that meet you where you are.

What You’ll Gain:

  • What grief really is (and why it often hides in plain sight)

  • How it lives in your body, thoughts, and relationships

  • How to support yourself gently , without trying to fix anything

You don’t need to be eloquent.
You don’t need to have it together.
You just need to be here.

About Ursula:

I’m a Certified Grief Educator, public speaker, and medium with 21 years of experience walking with people through loss — of loved ones, identity, health, and hope. I don’t offer fixes. I offer language, perspective, and a place to land.
