Live Online Workshops on Grief, Healing & Intuition

What if I Can’t Stop Crying?

A real conversation for people carrying grief silently, led by Ursula Darby, certified grief educator and speaker.

“I’m scared that if I talk about it, I’ll fall apart.”
If you’ve ever felt that, this space is for you.
This isn’t therapy.
This isn’t advice.
This is a real conversation about grief—how it actually shows up in your life, your body, your thoughts, and your identity.
Most people don’t even know they’re grieving.
They just feel exhausted, anxious, forgetful, unmotivated, or like they’re "not themselves."
You’re not broken. You’re grieving.
And no one taught you how.

What You’ll Learn:

  • What grief actually is—and how to recognize it
  • How it shows up in your mind, your body, and your nervous system
  • How to support yourself gently (without trying to “get over it”)
  • Why feeling like you’re not “okay” is more common than you think

What To Expect:

You can cry.
  • You can sit silently.
  • You can share, or not.
  • This is a space to feel heard, not fixed.
You’ll leave with:
  • Language to understand what you’re experiencing
  • Practical insight on how to support your mental health while grieving
  • The knowledge that you are not alone in this

My Promise to You:

Lit candle cupped in gentle hands in the dark – symbolizing grief, healing, and quiet support.
I will not give you a solution, because there isn’t one.
I will not give you advice, because grief doesn’t follow rules.
I will support you, guide you, and inform you of ways to care for yourself gently.
Together, we will heal, in our grievers’ community.
