I want the best for all of you. I want you to feel love, joy and comfort as often as possible. I support your every choice and movement. I know through my own personal experiences the value that comes with trusting your intuition. For some people, they struggle to understand or make the connection between their thoughts and intuition. Let's start small.
Your intuition is a natural skill that you have had since you were born. It gets your attention multiple times a day, with or without you noticing it. I hate complicated instructions and uninformative flowery spiritual language. Your 5 senses are the gateway to your intuition. There is nothing blocking, stopping, holding or keeping you from using them on a daily basis, unlike the advertisements you'll see online. I have nothing to lose by giving you the tools to make your life better. Begin to notice and give your attention to one sense a day. Whether you are going to work in home, at the office or with your family, these tools work. Let's focus on how you feel. For an entire day notice how you feel, when alone, with someone else, when reading a text message/email, on the phone, watching television or in a room full of people in a meeting. The same rules apply. Simply notice how you feel and where in your body it gets your attention. Your feelings are indicating what you are processing independently and how you are PICKING UP how the people feel around you, in all of the scenarios listed above. Every day, you are being introduced to information that you can utilize throughout your day to help you make decisions that are supportive of you. An example, you meet with your immediate supervisor over the phone, PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU FEEL, you hear them discuss upcoming plans with the company, they sound friendly and upbeat. However, you cannot shake the feeling that something is wrong, you feel heavy, uncomfortable, out of it and sad. You can't discern where these feelings are coming from because you feel good today. Then you acknowledge, it must be the supervisor. You've noticed how short they have become at times and they seem distance, unlike how they usually are. At the end of the call, their voice breaks and you hear them pause. You ask them if they're okay. Then, they share with you a recent loss that they've had in their family and their struggling. You already knew how they felt, you just didn't know why. How is this helpful to you? Picking up how people feel around you helps you navigate how to conduct yourself productively, emotionally and physically. Knowing that something wasn't right, let you know that kindness was what was needed, whether you knew why you had to be that way. Does that make sense? If you want to learn more reach out to me. Sending you peace, comfort and love. Ursula xo
